Q: How long will it take to ship my new PC?

Most Micro-Vision PCs ship within 10 business days from the order date. Online PC orders placed after business hours or on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

The required lead time for each PC is displayed on its configuration page and is subject to change.

Q: Do you ship to the USA?

Sorry no. Micro-Vision ships to Canadian addresses only.

Q: Does a Micro-Vision PC include a warranty?

Every new PC built and sold by Micro-Vision under the Micro-Vision brand name includes a one-year parts and lifetime labour warranty and additional years of warranty coverage can be purchased on most models.

Q: Where can I get warranty service?

The PC must be returned to our service depot in Nanaimo, BC, freight prepaid, within the warranty period to qualify for warranty service.

Q: I want to build my own PC - can Micro-Vision help?

Sorry, no.

We don’t want you to build your own PC, we want to to build it for you. No offense intended.

Q: Do you sell PC components?

Micro-Vision is not a PC Parts Store.

While the inventory that we have on hand is primarily used for the production of Micro-Vision custom PCs, we will sell any in-stock PC component that is not in short supply or committed to a current build.

We don’t special order, price match or take back orders on PC components. We do not offer pre-sales advice on PC component selection and all component sales are final.. A manufacturer’s warranty is included with every component that we sell. Micro-Vision does not provide after sales support of any kind for PC components. Technical support is usually available directly from the component manufacturer.

Q: Is Micro-Vision a "Computer Repair Shop"?


We have a service department that provides our valued customers with service and support that is second to none.

This service is limited to Micro-Vision PCs and PCs that were purchased from Micro-Vision.

Q: Do you have that impossible-to-find component that isn't available from any other source on earth?

Probably not. 

Q: I need a higher level of customization that your website configurator provides - do you do custom quotations?


We realize that our online configurator has limitations and does not provide a solution for every possible PC configuration scenario.

Let us know your hardware wants and needs in broad strokes and we will see if we can come up with a solution that’s to your liking.

Q: Do you sell PC peripherals?


As a convenience and to help you complete your new custom Micro-Vision PC purchase, we offer a selection of popular peripherals that are commonly purchased with a new PC. All of these products include their full manufacturer’s warranty and support. Many peripherals are non-stocked but should be ready for pick up or delivery at the same time as your new Micro-Vision custom PC. These add-on products are not serviced, supported or guaranteed by Micro-Vision. Choose with care – all peripheral sales are final.
