For over 40 years Micro-Vision Computers has been making high performance custom PC computers, and tech solutions for both personal and business use. As a 100% Canadian-owned and operated company, we take immense pride in our roots.

Based in Nanaimo BC, Micro-Vision Computers ships custom business systems and gaming computers all over Canada. We offer a standard one year warranty, and our Custom PCs are designed with modularity in mind, allowing easy component replacement or upgrades without the hassle of replacing the entire system.

Micro-Vision Computers caters to a wide variety of computing needs including: PCs for home users, Data Science and AI enthusiasts, Graphical rendering professionals, Audio and Video Engineers, and many more.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long will it take to ship my new PC?

Most Micro-Vision PCs ship within 10 business days from the order date. Online PC orders placed after business hours or on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Sometimes ‘ship’ happens and there may be a delay, and in that case we will let you know right away!

Q: Do you ship to the USA?

Currently Micro-Vision ships to Canadian addresses only. You can order from us and import to the USA yourself as an alternative.

Q: I want to build my own PC - can Micro-Vision help?

If you want to build your own PC there are many great resources (Google) out there. We are focussed on building PC’s for our customers who purchase from us.

Q: Do you sell PC components?

Our primary focus is building custom PC’s for our customers. We do have some extra inventory on hand in store and if we are able to will be happy to sell it to you. The best thing to do is contact us or stop by the store for a chat.

Q: Is Micro-Vision a computer repair shop?

We provide service to customers who have purchased computers from us. All other repairs, including cell phones, are handled by Jasons Computer Services located in the same office as us! So either way we will take care of you!

Q: Do Micro-Vision PCs include a warranty?

Yes. The Micro-Vision PC Limited Warranty protects all our PCs against defects in materials or workmanship for at least one year from date of purchase. Full warranty details can be found HERE

Q: I need a higher level of customization that your website configurator provides - do you do custom quotations?

Yes.

We realize that our online configurator has limitations and does not provide a solution for every possible PC configuration scenario.

Let us know your hardware wants and needs in broad strokes and we will see if we can come up with a solution that’s to your liking.

Q: Do you sell PC peripherals?

As a convenience and to help you complete your new custom Micro-Vision PC purchase, we offer a selection of popular peripherals that are commonly purchased with a new PC. All of these products include their full manufacturer’s warranty and support. Many peripherals are non-stocked but should be ready for pick up or delivery at the same time as your new Micro-Vision custom PC. These add-on products are not serviced, supported or guaranteed by Micro-Vision. Choose with care – all peripheral sales are final.
